Here are some suggestions for you to try:
- Vintage Whites: quick dishes, salads, fish and seafood, pasta and risotto, white meats, pizzas as well as oriental cuisine
- Reserve Whites: oven-baked fish and white meats with butter and/or cream-based sauces, seafood as well as oriental cuisine.

- Reserve Reds: well-seasoned dishes, red meats, game, and strong cheeses.

Douro DOC Wines - these wines, depending on the type of wine, colour and age, must be drunk at the following temperatures:
